Job Description : Johns Manville, Roofing Systems is currently looking to hire an Associate Commercial Excellence Specialist, located in Littleton, CO. This is a wonderful opportunity for learning Sales Strategy and Relationship Management while working with Sales Data. If you have excellent attention to detail, collaboration skills and an inquisitive nature then this role may be for you!The Associate Commercial Excellence Specialist will have responsibility for entering pre-sales opportunities into our Customer Relationship Management System (Salesforce.com). The Associate Commercial Excellence Specialist will be partnering with our sales and service teams to validate system data, facilitating and managing the pre-sales opportunity throughout the opportunity lifecycle (Planning phase to Guarantee Application) while also identifying areas for improvement.Applicants can expect to make between $ $51,000 to $63,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus under our variable incentive plan.Your Day-to-Day: Support the sales and service teams regarding Salesforce.com and the opportunity management process including data accuracy, validity of opportunities, training and troubleshooting.Opportunity entry and management ensuring all information is accurate.Identify process improvement opportunitiesReport out on the sales pipeline that is based on opportunities. Additional reporting and research on the opportunity management process as required.Successful Specialists: Prioritization skills: Ability to balance multiple tasks in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment to ensure we are meeting the needs and demands of internal and external customers.Are a problem solver: Ability to apply independent judgment.
