In-N-Out Burger has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Business Intelligence Analyst based in our Irvine, CA office. This person will create powerful dashboards and analyses to help teams and leaders across the organization make informed, strategic decisions.
This is a full-time, in office position
General Responsibilities
Develop functional dashboards to help inform stakeholders of trends, performance, and other operational information
Conduct thorough analyses on various organizational areas to help drive the business forward
Interact with stakeholders throughout the organization, across departments, and management levels
Identify and improve current reporting and analytical processes
Contribute to the team’s growth by continually learning new techniques, models, etc.
Work Schedule + Benefits
Full-time, Exempt
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Department needs may call for occasional overtime

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
1 – 2 years of experience with data visualization software, like Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
2 – 3 years of experience in a data driven, analytical role
Strong interest in finance/analytics
Experienced in customer-centric business models
Advanced Excel skills
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Ability to write SQL queries
Understanding of relational databases
Preferred Qualifications
An intellectual curiosity to understand the how and the why, and to always be driven to go beyond
Ability to parse large amounts of data for actionable information
Can create data visualizations that tell a story in an impactful, yet easy to understand manner
Able to understand a stakeholder’s request and the business question behind it
Exhibits the highest levels of integrity while working with confidential information
Has strong communication skills for presenting findings to organizational management
Has strong interpersonal skills for working in a quick moving, dynamic team that is constantly iterating and improving their own work
Can work cross functionally and collaborate with associates and contributors across the organization
Exhibits a team-oriented attitude
Is an advocate for data drive solutions to our challenges
