We have an exciting opportunity as a full-time, temporary remote Business Support Specialist!
The Business Support Specialist ensures customer satisfaction and excellence in service by managing customer data information, resolving account needs, and coordinating product and service operations and maintenance. This position works with internal and external customers to resolve technical and service-related needs for shipping and receiving, investigate issues, and provide solutions utilizing available tools and resources. Success will be measured primarily by task management, productivity, and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Processing and handling data for bulk shipping
Facilitating the purchase and sale of devices
Creating and managing reports
Completing database updates
Maintaining customer contact information
Following established policies and procedures
Recommending process improvements to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Documenting standard operating procedures
Compiling data for analysis
Pulling and prepping data for presenting to key stakeholders
Investigating and resolving problems
Handling special projects
Hours:
Training will be conducted virtually during the hours of Monday-Friday from 8am to 5:00 MST
Hours will be scheduled between 8:00am-5:00pm MST, Monday-Friday. Must be available to work any time within this schedule.

Position is seasonal (to June/July) with potential to convert to permanent role
$16-17 an hour
Requirements:
High School Degree, Some College Preferred
At least 2 years of experience providing high-level customer service support, by utilizing data resources, related to operations, technology, and/or services provided.
Strong MS Excel spreadsheet experience
NetSuite experience preferred
Excellent Communication skills
Collaborative
Detail-Oriented
Time-Management Skills
Self-Motivator
Ability to handle change and multiple responsibilities
Analytical Thinking
Heavy Data/Process focus and proficiency
