Researches and escalates as appropriate.Ensures adherence to internal policy and external regulations. Supports respectful customer experiences throughout life of loan.Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:Develop and maintain reports to monitor account status and identify operational trends and possible deficiencies.Assigns work to CARE Team Members.Distributes reporting to ensure team members have the information required to operate effectivelyMonitors daily account activities and reporting to prevent breach of internal SLA’s and regulatory standardsQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
