Job Description : Trucking and Logistics Company “Kavkaz Express LLC” is looking for a Cargo Claims Specialist to join our team.Responsibilities: Resolve claims in a timely mannerAnalyze and investigate complicated insurance claims to help prevent fraudPerform detailed site inspectionsProvide well-informed court testimonies, if necessaryNegotiate settlementsReview and process new claims reports and court verdictsUphold relationships and communication with the insurance department and clientsOrganize and present claim review plansStay up-to-date on local, state, and federal law changes in the insurance fieldTake measures to prevent and eliminate violations of the fulfillment of obligations.
