Job Description : What we are looking for –

2 + Years experience on same profile;
Experience on MIS & Data management
Well verse in coordination
Open to work in Stores
specialty in MS Excel
Ability to multitask and work on multiple requirements simultaneously;

Role KRAs will involve but wont restrict to : –

Data management on manpower for entire city coordinating with Store managers
Management of end-to-end process of manpower i.e. from joining to exit
Attrition management
Interacting on payroll / salary issued
Implementing HR tools in stores
Coordination city-wise

Training –

Company and job introduction for new joiners
System and store ops training on theoretically
