The Collections Specialist will locate and communicate with individuals via the telephone and written notices in order to obtain repayment in full or to establish acceptable payment arrangements. Additionally, the collections specialist will ensure compliance of all company, client, and federal and state regulations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in a collection, customer service, telemarketing or sales
Must reside in Hawaii.
High speed internet access (Minimum 1-MB upload speed, 5-MB download speed)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous collections or sales call center experience
Work Schedule
Virtual Training:
Monday – Friday, 2 PM – 11 PM EST (8-5 HST)
Schedule after training:
Monday-Friday 3 PM- 12 AM EST (9 AM-6 PM HST / 10 AM- 7 PM HST) *depending on Daylight Savings time
No Weekends
