APPLY TODAY!Shift: 10 AM-6 PM or 12 PM-8 PM Mon-Fri(need to be available both shifts)Pay Rate: $40.36/hrJob Duties: The responsibilities of the onboarding specialist include preparation, execution, and monitoring of the onboarding processEnsures continuity and quality by owning the resolution of issuesTrack progress and escalate as appropriate unless resolution reachedEnsure standards, procedures, and guidelines are applied to the training management process.Contribute to process development and best practiceEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholdersTo be a successful onboarding specialist, you should excel in utilizing computer systems, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook, and be an effective written and oral communicator.The onboarding specialist is a highly interactive position, interacting with new people to our siteHigh attention to detail, organization, and time management skills are a must.Greeting new employeesPreparing training materials and documentationPrepare classrooms for trainingAssisting with computer/technical issuesTracking ProgressEnsuring new hires attend all scheduled trainingEnsure training completionCommunicate status and attendance of new hiresAdditional support as neededQualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferredExperience: 1 to 3 years onboarding/proctoring experienceProfessional Skills: Knowledge of MS Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS teams is a mustAttention to DetailGood Documentation PracticesExcellent Written and Oral Communication SkillsStrong Teamwork SkillsGood Organizational and Time Management SkillsJob Types: Full-time, Contract, TemporarySalary: $40.36 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:QA/QC: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
