We want to speak with you!Here’s what we are looking for…A Customer Service Coordinator II, that will act as a team lead role working with Customer Service Coordinator I in tandem, executing builder work order repairs and any other repairs necessary for their assigned accounts. Repairs require confirming job details, ordering materials, scheduling with homeowners, efficiently scheduling with consideration to geography, communicating with builders. * Provide exceptional customer service to end consumers (homeowners) and customer accounts (builders) * Receive all incoming phone calls from builders and escalated homeowners. * Call or email (if necessary) homeowners to schedule escalated repairs * Tag Microsoft Outlook with scheduled escalated repairs for sub-contractors * Schedule considering geographic location * Print Heritage Work Orders (Pinks) from ECP program to PDF * Order material necessary for completion of repairs * Update service tickets with notes in real time * Execute escalated level builder work orders assigned by Manager * Respond to all calls and emails within 24 hours of receiving them * Escalate jobs to Manager * Close out tickets once job is completed and builder work order is signed * Manage time to be able to execute all responsibilities in totality * Meet deadlines with processing payroll * Responsible to determine who is paying for repairs up to $250 job costOther things we look for…Proficient in Microsoft Office * Problem Solver * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Mathematical skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide measurements * Positive Attitude * Team player within the departments, supervisors, and sub-contractors * High school Diploma and 3 years relevant experience * Bilingual a plusPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
