We are backed by some of the leading venture and growth equity funds in the technology space.What you’ll be doingMaintaining a high availability within our phone queues, ready to support our users at a moment’s noticeHelping to educate and guide users through our app and web interfacesAssisting with scheduling, account, billing, and lightweight technical issuesIdentifying and escalating issues to ensure rapid response from the appropriate teamsMonitoring user sentiment and providing relevant feedback to other teamsWhat you should havePassion for supporting others through a patient and empathetic approachStrong problem solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsA desire and willingness to improve upon your skills and knowledge, on your own and through the assistance of your manager and peersWhat you’ll needA reliable headset, webcam, and Windows PC or Apple computer.
