Job Description : Data Entry and Credit and Refund AnalystLarge Pediatric Sub-Specialty Practice seeking a full-time Patient Account Representative. The responsibilities for this position will include researching over/under paid claims, checking payor websites, reviewing correspondences, and placing calls to resolve credit balances. Complete manual and electronic payment posting along with working forwarding balance remits. Complete charge sessions as needed when short on staff utilizing dual systems which entails working with division and providers on charge discrepancies and complete end of day charge reconciliation. Tasks also involve correcting posting errors, and processing refunds.
