Job Description : SUMMARY: The Equipment Administrator will provide administrative support to the Sales Support department for the purpose of inputting and tracking all equipment-related data and coordinating pickups of equipment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Track and Log Equipment PaperworkCoordinates equipment removalsAdd/removes Equipment into Operating SystemGenerate Interim Leases/Installation billingCollects Missing Equipment Paperwork and DataAudits equipment in the systemManages the Data Changes Email BoxOther Administrative Tasks and Projects as requiredSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent Computer Skills including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook,Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlinesHigh attention to detail and ability to handle work accuratelyAbility to work independentlyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and interact with all levels of management and support staff.EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: HS Degree or EquivalentMinimum 3 years administrative experienceAssociate or Bachelors Degree; Trade School CertificationJob Type: Full-timePay: $46,000.00 – $48,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Signing bonusWork Location: One location
