Position : Delivery Drivers – Craft Beer and Fermented Beverages Distribution
Job Description : Remarkable Liquids is an independent, passionate distributor and importer of the finest fermented beverages. We made Inc. Magazine’s list of the 5000 fastest growing private companies in America for five consecutive years. We are currently looking for a full-time CDL A and B Drivers to make brewery pick-ups and service accounts in the Northeast. This is a regular full-time position where drivers often work four-day work weeks, mainly on weekdays and rarely do overnights. This position offers the opportunity to become part of a great team of individuals driven to deliver the best quality craft beverage to our customers.Responsibilities- Drive 26-foot box trucks and deliver cases and kegs of beer to bars, restaurants and retail outlets throughout New York State.- Interact with customers, collect payments and adjust invoices when necessary.- Utilize a tablet and printer to complete and adjust invoices.- Keep updated and accurate delivery logs and electronic driver logs.- Do daily sight inspection of truck, keeping management abreast of any service issues.- Keep truck cabin and box clean and free of debris.What We Offer- Competitive Wages- Heath and Life Insurance- Paid Time Off- 401(k)- New Equipment- 4-day work week, rarely work Weekends.- Full Time / Year Round WorkRequirements- CDL License preferred.- Strong communication skills and prior experience working with the public.- Previous delivery experience strongly preferred.- Ability to move pallets of beer including 165 kegs using a handcart and pallet jack.- Strong attention to detail is critical.- Minimum high school degree or equivalent.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $26.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayOvertimeEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred)Work Location: On the road
