To produce such accurate data that can be collated by the accounts or finance departments for inclusion into a monthly report
Primary Responsibilities.
Preparation of Monthly & Daily MISDebtors ageing Analysis
Pending Orders
Bag Damage Report (during Packing Dispatch)
Quality wise Report- Silo Stock
Receive Issue Report
Loading Bag Details – Daily
Control of non-confirming products – Monthly
Monthly Stores consumption
Location wise freight details
Net realization – Month-grade/customer wise
Event Report Form – Process plant tripped etc.
Packing Jumbo Bag
Packing Labor Incentive & performance report
Record matrix
Shift Log Book- Packing detail
Shift Log Book – Dispatch
Material returned report
Detail of Rerun
Skills
Possess good business acumen
Excellent analytical abilities,
Competent in organizational and presentation skills
Possess good interpersonal skills and able to interact well with all levels of people
Qualification
Qualified CA
Minimum 4-5 years exp in relevant field
She/he should have worked in any of Manufacturing Industry.
