Position : Entry Level Business Analyst

Job Description : Roles And Responsibilities: Develop User Stories, Business Requirement Document (BRD), and Functional Requirement Document (FRD).Assist QA team in assembling, evaluating, and reviewing testing strategies and test plans.Prepare system requirement specifications (SRS), traceability matrix (RTM), and testing strategy.Conduct meetings and JAD sessions for project definition, resource identifications and deliverable prototype identification.Gather the business requirements from users by utilizing methods like meetings, requirement workshops and conducting an impact analysis and SWOT analysis.Requirements: Master’s or Bachelors in Business, Management, Science, Technology, Engineering or any related.Working knowledge of documentation skills such as a Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD) and Software Requirements Specification (SRS).Knowledge of project life cycle, project management processes, principals, knowledge areas and various project management tools MS Project etc.Good working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum Programming and Waterfall Methodologies.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Health insuranceProfessional development assistanceReferral programRelocation assistanceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location: One location
