Job Description : Malloy Ford Alexandria in Northern VA is GROWING and we are looking for a Full Time Service Advisor to join our busy service department! Fastest Growing Dealer Group in Virginia! Job Duties would include but not limited to:- Greeting and Communicating with customers on cost, repair work and repair progress for their vehicle.- Answering service calls and scheduling appointments- Dispatching work to technicians- Closing out Repair Orders- Ability to multi task and work as a team member- Keeping organized records of Repair Orders- Assist customers with Loaner Vehicles and Towing Services-Sell additional services and productsThe perfect candidate will have previous adviser experience and service software skills.
