Job Description : National Laser Institute, the nation’s leading medical aesthetics training company, is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan and execute our training courses in major cities across the country!The Event Coordinator position is ideal for someone who is single with no kids or animals as you will be on the road for 13 days straight for 5 destination events! When not on the road, you will be working on our beautiful spa in Scottsdale. You will be responsible for the A to Z coordination of our training classes held at hotels in cities like Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, and New York City!We are seeking someone with an excellent work ethic, a self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and has a love for the spa industry! Applicant must live in Scottsdale area!Event Coordinator Requirements And Responsibilities:Preparation, coordination, and execution of a “destination course.”Pack, order, and ship supplies so that they arrive before the start of each course.Coordinate airfare, staffing, and device requests with laser manufacturers.In charge of all day-to-day tasks including, but not limited to, communicating with students, staff members, and hotel staff, checking in and out clients, setting up medical devices/treatment rooms, and handling all paperwork for the course.Event Coordinator Benefits:· Health, dental and vision insurance· 401k· Paid holidays· Thousands in free services!· 48k salary, which includes a $3k signing bonus!!
