This opportunity would provide time to work with the existing Executive Administrator to help ease the onboarding and transitionIf you are looking for a career and not just a job, you’re in the right placeSUMMARYExecutive Administrative Assistant – this position will report directly to, and support, the President of the firm along with another owner of the firm.Ready to excel, ready for challenging assignments, ready to be the best in the business? MSL will ask you to:Work closely with the President related to administratively supporting sensitive strategies, actions and high level personnel matters.Attend and take minutes at the Board of Directors and other leadership meetings.Coordinate with other administrative staff regarding execution and implementation of various directives.Complete confidential correspondence.Provide organizational structure, support and scheduling for meetings.Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation and format from the President and other senior leadership inside the firm.Maintain calendars, arrange travel accommodations, assist with billing and expense reports for assigned owners.Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters involving the FirmAssist other administrative personnelEDUCATION and EXPERIENCEA bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B. S) in management or a related business field from a four year college or university would be a significant asset but is not required. Minimum of 7 – 10 years relevant experience supporting high level executives is required.LANGUAGE SKILLSMust possess clear, articulate command of spoken and written English (first or second language). Ability to read, analyze and interpret normal business correspondence and basic documents.
