The Experience Engineering organization is the team responsible for providing best in class experiences for both our traveling customers, and business partners alike! Experience Engineering builds the UIs and APIs that power traveler experiences across our core brands, such as Expedia, Hotels.com, Vrbo, Hotwire, Expedia Group Partner Central, and our portfolio of hosted B2B white label partners.
What you will do:
Balance detailed executive calendars, including the arranging of meetings and appointments
Craft sophisticated domestic and international travel itineraries, and process expense reports
Manage agendas for staff meetings, office/meeting/event planning, and other special projects as assigned
Work closely with the Business Operations Team to coordinate informational sessions, morale events and new employee orientation
Who you are:
Experience as an Executive Admin plus advanced skills in MS Office, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with tact, poise and excellent people skills
Demonstrated abilities in initiative, judgment, discretion and managing multiple tasks
A proactive approach and the ability to prioritize a demanding workload, while maintaining a sense of humor
Experience working with senior-level executives, and a passion for technology
