The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Executive Office Administrator to join their team in Kent, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Performs the following tasks for a team of seven Corporate Development professionals, including up to three executives, split between Kent, WA and Washington DC offices: Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler’s logistics, generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards
Coordinates calls and video meetings with other Corporate Development offices in Chicago and Dallas and provides backup support for other Corporate Development team members
Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication
Removes conflicts from calendars and schedules meetings with Corporate Development clients, outside service providers, and other constituents as requested by Corporate Development team members
Monitors and maintains the calendar of the senior Corporate Development executive and prevents conflicts from incoming meeting requests
Manages project read-in and confidentiality process and manages roster of individuals with executed ICA and CICA on a per project basis
Coordinates weekly updates and inputs to our project summary card provided by individual project leaders
Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources; maintains relationship with facilities and key building focals to ensure day-to day facilities resources are available and maintained
Orders and maintains adequate office supplies
Plans and implements logistics for executive level internal and external events
Works under limited supervision; demonstrates good judgement
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite (Kent, WA bldg 18-26) at least three days per week and as needed to support requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience coordinating and processing domestic and/or international travel arrangements
3+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives, managers, and staff members
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in partnering with executives to develop and manage the operating rhythm/cadence for executive leadership teams
3+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
Experience managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction
A team player, able to work in collaborative environment
Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 7 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+5 years’ related work, Bachelor+2 years’ related work, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
