Job Description : Upscale residential garden maintenance firms looking for experienced full time & part time freelance gardeners. 20 – 40 hours per week available, paid hourly based on experience.Ability to work efficiently in cold, heat and/or light rain a must. Position(s) requires physical labor and a willingness to work both with a team and individually. Gardening experience, knowledge of plants, horticultural practices and IPM are important. Great work ethic and timeliness is essential.Duties include but aren’t limited to: weeding, pruning, deadheading, lifting, dividing & planting. Creative eye for seasonal container plantings a plus.Own vehicle and tools as well as fluency in English language necessary.
