Job Description : Our clinic is looking to hire an outgoing individual to fill an open position as a front desk receptionist. Applicants must be well equipped with skills to communicate with patients in a professional and friendly manner. As our receptionist, you will be the first impression our patients receive so it is important to greet each one courteously. It is our goal, and will be your responsibility, to create a positive and fun office environment to promote healing. Those interested in the position must be able to multi-task efficiently and learn quickly due to the fast-paced nature of our clinic. Helpful and appealing skills include Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, previous experience working as a receptionist, and past experience involving health insurance. Main responsibilities for this position include: *Scheduling appointments *Answering the phone with multiple lines*Taking patient payments *Maintaining office flow*Learning the billing system*. Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 1pm-6:30/7pmJob Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hourBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:Day shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
