Job Description : Sindy’s Nails & Spa 2 is Fredericksburg largest Nail salon in the county with over 40 technicians. We are currently looking for experienced front desk receptionist to join our team!ResponsibilitiesAs the face of our stores, Receptionists are responsible for greeting customers promptlyEnsure high quality customer serviceEnsure a smooth flow of customers through the storeScheduling and confirm appointments with customers over the phone/in-personChecking customers in/out of the storeKeep reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materialsQualifications:Experienced with answering phone callsAble to multi-taskFriendly personality is a mustComputer LiterateNail salon experience preferred, but not mandatoryFluent in Vietnamese is a plusWe are open Monday through SundayMonday – Friday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pmSaturday: 9:00 am – 7:00 pmSunday: 11:00 am – 6:00 pmWe have available positions for part time and full time candidates.Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hourSchedule:10 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Fredericksburg, VA 22407: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
