Job Description : COMPANY PROFILE: Ray-Mont Logistics is a dynamic organization focused on becoming the essential link in the international business logistics supply chain. We provide various operational logistics services such as loading, transportation and storage of surplus products.OPPORTUNITIES: Right now, Ray-Mont is looking to create another full shift of full time, permanent employees, as soon as possible, to support our growth.Schedule: 6am to 4pmPay type: Piece rate, dependent on the number of bags completedRESPONSIBILITIES: Locate and lay out prescribed bags.Arrange for container to be placed on bogey scale.Collect necessary bagging materials.Cut shrink wrap.Place 55lb or 100lb bags on belt machine.Receive production instructions from the Bulk and Bagging Supervisor.Review loading instructions.Confirm loading plan.Confirm shift loading goals with Supervisor and team members.Ensure quality assurance standards are met or exceeded.Prepare for shift transition/shutdown.Report any down-time caused by mechanical failureReport to Supervisor if shift goals are not met and provide reasons.In addition to the above, Ray-Mont Logistics employees have the benefit of: Competitive salary that can be increased in light of the experience and performance;A full group insurance coverage plan, supported by the employer’s contribution;A 401k program supported by the employer’s contribution; and$200 worth of Ray-Mont Logistics branded merchandise per year.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to $50.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Seattle, WA 98134: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: One location
