Reports to: Angela Kent – eCommerce Project Manager

Location: Remote
The Role
The position is responsible for supporting the Agile/Scrum product teams by delivering small to medium eCommerce projects to ensure the delivery of on-time, on-budget, high quality projects/business solutions where cross functional oversight is required. This position will engage with internal stakeholders to make sure requirements are well understood and will work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to deliver new features or enhancements to improve our ecommerce systems and operations. As a global role, responsibilities will work with all regions/teams on cross functional product/feature delivery.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Provide project management, supporting all product teams, on key operations and business driving projects: Responsible for supporting and executing the full eCommerce Project Life-cycle. Collaborates with team members across different departments, teams and regions to document operational and business improvements, develop requirements, and execute against them. Balances competing project constraints (scope, schedule, resources, risk, quality, and budget.) Ensures key project controls are met during execution. Identification and resolution of project impediments across product teams to ensure uninterrupted flow. Reporting progress and status for project work and identifying proposing corrective actions when project fall at risk.
