Job Description : We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to join our team with knowledge to interpret our brand needs and design solutions with high visual impact. The designer will work on a variety of projects, including email design, videos, promotional marketing materials, print collateral, in-store and salon merchandising, eCommerce banners, trade ads, packaging and product renderings.Job Description:Mastery of industry-standard software to create logos, design reports, presentations, and complete other projects.The ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices.A compelling portfolio with projects showcasing skills that are relevant to your business’s visual content goals.Responsibilities include:· Designing and concepting high-quality visual assets in a variety of formats, which could include digital ads (static and video; social and other ad formats), web pages, marketing cards and printed guides, packaging, and more· An intimate understanding of design, copy, and web best practices/guidelines· Collaborate with marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platforms· Experience with a variety of software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Premier, Illustrator etc.· A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts· Proficiency in long- and short-term planning and the ability to thrive under tight deadlinesSkill Requirements:· Ability to autonomously take a high-level creative direction and translate it to design concepts and executable designs· Degrees in art, graphic design, marketing, or communications· Previous experience as a graphic design or web designer a plus· Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopJob Type: Full-timePay: $46,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
