Our 30+ years of experience manufacturing automotive harnesses provides our customers and dealers alike, the reassurance that their job is done right. Job Summary: The Help Desk Specialist is the go to person for providing the American Autowire team with technical assistance and support related to compute systems, hardware and software and user issues in a timely and professional manner. There is a wealth of opportunity in this role to learn many new skills as we are in the process of developing an entirely new business system for the company from scratch. This high visibility opportunity is part of a an IT team of 3 people in a growing company of 124 employees.Requirements:Minimum of 2+ years proven success as a full-time, Help Desk Specialist in a fast paced environmentStrong Mac support experience as we have 100+ Mac users.The ideal candidate must be extremely well organized, enjoy working with end-users, and be able to find the answer to a problem even if they don’t already know it.Existing knowledge of MDM systems (or the willingness to learn quickly) is important (Mosyle, JAMF, etc)As the sole Help Desk Specialist, this position requires a daily presence in our office in Bellmawr, NJ.Daily Duties will involve the following:Respond to user requests entered into our ticketing system for workstation and printer related issuesKeep workstations up to date using standardized configurations via Mosyle MDMCurrently everyone is using different apps, part of this role will be to train users as we begin to migrate them all Outlook, Teams and the Microsoft Office suite.Create user documentation about common troubleshooting tasks for entry into our wikiTrack vendor agreements, licenses, and hardware inventoryKeep a neat and well organized IT roomMonitor server and user workstation backups.Help train users on the new database system we are developing in-house as well as work with users initially to test the user interface and provide feedback on how the new system should be improved.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Bellmawr, NJ 08031: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Professional In Human Resources (Preferred)Work Location: One location
