Our 30+ years of experience manufacturing automotive harnesses provides our customers and dealers alike, the reassurance that their job is done right.Job Summary: Bring your HR generalist talent to American Autowire where you’ll take ownership of employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll processing, employee development and benefits administration. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources & Finance, you’ll drive employee engagement and retention strategy and create a great “American Autowire Associate Experience.”Essential Duties: · Conduct weekly meetings with all business units to ensure people and staffing initiatives are on track, provide day to day performance management guidance to line management (ie coaching, counseling, career development and disciplinary actions)· Analyzes trends and metrics affecting HR to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Develops retention and employee engagement strategy. Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity· Manages talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding; proactively seek new methods to identify talent· Oversee and resolve complex employee relations issues and bring them to resolution. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and reducing legal risk· Field employee questions relative to policies, benefits, hiring processes· Oversee payroll functions including ensure payroll is accurately processed. Conducts audits of various payroll (ADP Workforce Now), benefits or other HR and recommends any corrective action.· Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which includes health, disability, and retirement plan providers· Champion employee development by identifying viable training programs and measure learning outcome. Monitor the performance review process including successful completion of reviews throughout the organization. Analyze employee survey results and communicate findings, observations, and recommendations to management teamRequirements: · Associates or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or a business related field· SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or HRCI certification, preferred· Minimum of 5 years of full-time, full-charge human resources work experience· Experience with ADP WorkForce NOW is preferred· Past responsibility for delivering exemplary ‘employee experience’: from interviewing, to onboarding, to retirement· Excellent knowledge of technology and the Internet. Work fluently with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email, browsers, Apple operating systems· Experience with Performance Management software (ie: BirdDogHR, etc.)· Experience with employee benefits management software programs· Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines, and perform quality work under pressure· Ability to work independently and as a member of a fantastic Team· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally, in writing, electronically, and as an active listener· Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments· Must exhibit and maintain confidentiality in all aspects related to the Human Resources Department and American Autowire transactions and information at all times.Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Bellmawr, NJ 08031: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Professional In Human Resources (Preferred)Work Location: One location
