Mission matters to you and you thrive as a part of a community that wants to create more great moments for our residents and each other.Here Is How You Will Have An Impact at Frasier: You are a critical resource for our employees and managers, providing information, clarification, and guidance to help Frasier create an amazing employee experience that turns into an extraordinary experience for our residents!Administer and support in the development of our people programs that help create an engaging, equitable and safe work environment.You will help us make the most of the technology we have, as well as participate in identification of new or different technology that will take us forward with more efficiency, so we spend time creating connections and moments that matter.Create reports with meaningful data that helps us take the right next steps in talent managementDesign new or optimize existing process flows to meet HR and organizational objectives.Ensure we are compliant with Federal, state, and local regulations.Supports VP of Human Resources in the oversight of Human Resources policies, making recommendations for changes as appropriate.Supports VP of Human Resources with total compensation planning through research and analysis of data and trends, and maintenance of pay scales.Participates in department and organization-wide committees/projects as needed, including the Safety Committee, Compliance Committee, and QA Committees.Maintain strong and positive relationships with our HR third party providers/vendors.Assists with planning and hosting Employee Events.Here’s What We offer: Medical (Frasier pays, on average, 82% of medical premiums), Dental and VisionAnnual Salary of 75-85k401k – Frasier matches 100% of the first 5% of the earnings you defer.COMPANY PAID Life/AD&D, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term DisabilityVoluntary Life coverage for self, spouse/domestic partner, childUp to $5,250 in Tuition Assistance annuallyPay active (Earned wage access services)RTD Eco-Pass and EAPGenerous PTO and six paid holidaysFree membership to our community Wellness Center or discounted YMCA membershipHere’s What You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field + 5 years’ experience in Human Resources OR SHRM/HRCI certification + 7 years’ experience in Human Resources.Experience in a senior living or health care environment preferred.Strong knowledge of state and federal employment law.Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Excellent prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail.A thorough understanding of and experience with process enhancement.Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Demonstrated commitment to high professional and ethical standards, and ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Extremely proficient with HRIS and LMS systems. UKG/UltiPro experience much preferred.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
