Job Description : A Fairbanks healthcare center is immediately hiring an HR Technician.Full time position -Monday -Friday 8am-5pm with pay starting at $23/HR depending on experience.Excellent customer service and communication skills are required to be successful in this position. Candidates must be highly organized and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.Strong computer skills/Proficient with Microsoft Office and Oracle system is also required.Duties Include: Answering inquiries regarding all areas of Human Resources. Assisting department directors and staff with specific personnel reports as requested.Fingerprint employees/applicants and prints security badges for employees.Maintains employee information in a Human Resources information and data system (Oracle).Coordinates pre-employment drug testing process for Fairbanks and village-based applicants.Makes job offers to applicants and coordinates the ICPA background check process for those individuals.Helps new employees complete new hire paperwork on first day of orientation.
