Job Description : Two positions are available: Paralegal and ReceptionistThe candidates must have at least one (1) year of immigration experience.- This is for a full-time position preparing USCIS forms and front desk support.- Must be self-motivated and friendly.- Must be bilingual (Spanish and English).- Must have at least 1-year of preparing USCIS forms and related applications. Candidates with experience will get higher consideration. However, we can train the right candidate.- Support for answering calls & processing payments.- Updating clients on the status of their case.- Scheduling appointments for clients.- Preparing correspondence and files.- You must be punctual and dependable.- Must be detailed and organized.- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English and Spanish.- Careful attention to detail.- Must have strong computer skills (Office 365 and Excel).- Must be willing to do clerical tasks.- We want to fill both positions as soon as possible.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $15.00 – $26.00 per hourBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Phoenix, AZ 85004: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)Office: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Spanish (Required)English (Required)Work Location: One location
