Position : Intake Specialist
Job Description : Appalachian Community Action and Development Agency, Inc. (AppCAA) is searching for an Intake Specialist, to serve in Lee, Wise and Scott County, VA to help us effectively respond to our clients in Southwest Virginia. This position will work closely with clients to assess their situation, connect them with emergency services and provide referrals to our community partner agencies. Excellent customer service, listening and problem-solving skills and a High School Diploma/GED are required, previous customer service experience is preferred. Drug screening and background check required.
