Pay Range:
$36.66 – $49.72/hr

The Internal Communications Advisor will provide strategic support to various communications initiatives, including supporting Centura Health’s corporate communications efforts, internal enterprise newsletters and Intranet, to achieve short- and long-term objectives for the health care system. Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, this role is responsible for collaborating with department/function leaders to plan, design and execute the organization’s communication initiatives and build strategic, integrated communications plan. Uses a wide range of tactical and strategic skills and communication’s tactics to drive engagement and alignment of the health system’s Mission, Vision, Values, brand and business strategy.
What You Bring/Job Requirements:
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
3 years’ experience in communications required, healthcare experience and strong internal communications writing
experience preferred
Internal Communications experience strongly preferred
Strong writing skills, ability to think critically, and experience working with Senior leadership
Experience using email deployment tools, preferred
Demonstrated ability to drive work with autonomy and manage multiple projects at once with urgency
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing or related field
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with occasional night or weekend availability in special situations supporting work events.
Physical Requirements: Sedentary work – prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally.
