We believe that our people are everything, and pride ourselves in creating a positive work environment, where our dedicated team of associates enjoy coming to work every day.Description: In keeping with our goals and values, we are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and hard-working individual to assist in our inventory maintenance and buying. Our Inventory/Procurement Specialist will work with the warehouse team and operations manager to regularly audit and update inventory, coordinate receiving, and monitor reduce product loss. The Inventory/Procurement Specialist will also work closely with our Buyer to assist in acquiring product from farms across the world.Experience: A successful Inventory/Procurement Specialist will have a thorough knowledge of inventory management and experience in product sourcing and buying. A background in flora and plant care is desirable, but we are willing to train the right person.Requirements: · Must be 18 years of age or older· Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry up to 35lbs· Must be able to sit for extended periods of time· Must be able to work in varying temperatures (refrigerated coolers, greenhouses, and non-temperature-controlled warehouse)· Must be able to communicate efficiently in English; both written and spoken· Must be comfortable with computers(Email, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.)Benefits: · Medical, Vision, Dental· 401K· Company Equity Grant· Paid Vacation Time· Paid Sick Leave· Paid HolidaysIf you believe you might be a good fit for this position, please submit a quick resume and we will each out to you.
