Job Description : Retirement Unlimited, Inc., a premiere provider of Residential Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care is seeking an IT Manager. The IT Manager will assist the Director of Strategy & Managed Services in delivering IT strategic goals and capabilities needed to support operations, residents, and their families. This includes managing 3rd party IT solutions partner that provides network management, helpdesk, O365 tenant management and procurement services. Responsibilities of the role cross many aspects of IT; vendor management, network, hardware, security, procurement & inventory and project management.Preferred RequirementsMCP and MCITP certificationsKnowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systemsKnowledge of large-scale healthcare systems planning and supportKnowledge of and experience in developing and documenting technology architecture and plans, including strategic, tactical and project plansExperience and / or Pre-requisitesSupervisory experience requiredMinimum of 5 years of IS/IT support experienceExperience managing vendor relationshipsCollege degree required.Skills and AbilitiesAbility to travel out-of-town on an as-needed basisExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsBeing a Retirement Unlimited Inc. team member, means having the opportunity to be something more than an employee.
