Job Description : Review resumes, pre-screen candidates via phone call2-3 month contract (2 days in sandy springs office, 3 days work from home)Jr Recruiter assists Talent Acquisition with full lifecycle recruitment efforts while ensuring a positive candidate experience, enhancing the organization’s employer brand, and strengthening workforce inclusion and diversity. This position conducts the administrative responsibilities of the recruitment and hiring processes (e.g., scheduling, etc.) and communicates the results.
