Position : Legal Administrative Assistant

Responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support Global Intellectual Property Trademark Services:
Execute legal documents for government offices to meet various Country requirements for Trademarks, Customs & Court Filings.
Manage and Troubleshoot Tracker Ion account and assist third party vendors and internal P&G Team, with technical and billing issues.
Management of the United States Patent Office, World Intellectual Property Office and European Intellectual Property Office Trademark Deposit Accounts and monthly reporting to Finance.
Ownership of Global TM Vendor Setup and Maintenance Processes.
Qualifications
Education:
Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, a two or four-year college degree or equivalent administrative experience is preferred.
Requirements (skills/experiences) for the role:
Prior trademark or branding experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong written and oral communication skills
A passion for learning and developing new skills, and will be conversant in working in databases.
Manage significant amounts of data on a timely basis.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
Skilled use of internet search engines and other on-line research tools.
Ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities.
Experience collaborating with peers and senior business partners to resolve business needs.
Keen interest in trademarks and branding.
Has a good understanding of Intellectual Property administrative processes and formalities and Function (Legal/Innovation) procedures and requirements.
Is able to read, write and communicate at profound level in English.
Has good organizational, priority settings and communication skills.
Is able to flow to the work in case of need, as well as being open to change.
Is positive, responsible, accountable, detail-oriented, independent and flexible, and has a proactive attitude.
Has the ability for team work and to work under pressure/short deadline.
