Job Description : Kukui Plaza, the largest residential condominium and commercial mall in the state, is looking for a full time maintenance position. Candidates should have related experience as well as a positive attitude. Weekend and off hour work may be required.The ideal candidate will possess the following:-Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in the English-High level of attention to detail.-Work cooperatively with other employees.-Pass a criminal background check, and reference inquiry.Duties to include but not limited to:-Plumbing.-Electrical.-Light carpentry.-Drywall repair.-Painting.-Clean equipment.-General cleaning.-Perform additional duties as assigned.Pay rate is commensurate upon experience.
