Job Description : Job SummarySunshine Home Healthcare is among the highest-rated home healthcare agencies in Northern VA and is on the trajectory for rapid growth. We seek an experienced Marketing Liaison/Account Executive to promote Sunshine and develop and manage a network of relationships with referral sources in the region to establish organizational growth and expansion. Success in this position requires a high level of confidence, self-motivation, people/communication skills, continuous hunger for learning, and strategic thinking to execute marketing growth, business development, relationship-building, and high-volume referral generation plans with referral sources, including: hospital systems, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care units, continuing care retirement communities, independent living centers, medical practices, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, social workers, rehab centers, etc.Responsibilities and DutiesGenerate high-volume home health referrals through newly-developed and established networks/relationships with referral sourcesAnalyze the market to develop result-oriented field marketing strategiesConduct a minimum of 10 field visits to “decision-maker” referral sources daily, execute sales and marketing calls, and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of field activity for referral generationLead and collaborate with Sunshine business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources for SunshineQualifications and SkillsAt least three years of Healthcare Sales and/or Marketing experience in Northern VA, preferably in Home Health, with established networks/relationships and a solid “book of business” to quickly generate referrals and set referral patterns to Sunshine from physicians, discharge planners, case managers, etcProven ability to create and implement effective marketing strategiesEvidence of past medical sales/marketing successExcellent planning, organization, communication, and presentation skillsThe ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts in the area and be able to readily network in the community.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $22.00 – $66.00 per hourBenefits:Paid Time OffReferral ProgramSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus PayCommission PayExperience:Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)Healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location:Multiple locationsOn the roadTypical start time:8AMTypical end time:5PMThis Company Describes Its Culture as:Detail-oriented — quality and precision-focusedInnovative — innovative and risk-takingPeople-oriented — supportive and fairness-focusedTeam-oriented — cooperative and collaborativeCompany’s website:sunshinehh.comWork Remotely:No
