These plans are highly customized and can vary greatly. A successful claim processor at NWA understands the nuances involved with medical claims and the importance of claims being processed timely and accurately. If hired in the role, you will:Process medical claims accurately, thoroughly and according to plan requirementsFollow up on claims needing additional informationRefer problem claims to a supervisor and/or auditor for reviewMonitor “inbox” to ensure that claims and referrals are handled timelySpecial projects as assignedLocated in Mountlake Terrace, WA, Federal Way, WA or Seattle, WA.
