Job Description : Are you an Independent Contract delivery driver who is interested in contract opportunity in the Phoenix, Arizona area?HealthEx is looking for a dependable and professional Medical Courier Driver to deliver radiopharmaceuticals and medical supplies to hospitals/health systems within Phoenix Valley and surrounding areas.Routes are available Monday through Friday with pickups between 5am and 3pm. There are routes available on Saturdays between 6am and 10am.Please be advised that majority of our clients REQUIRE you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This may affect route assignments.Medical Courier Requirements/Qualifications: Valid and current driver’s licenseDrivers must be able to consistently lift 100lbsInterest in contracting work at least 5 days per weekSome weekend availability1099 Independent Contractor delivery experience preferred but not requiredDrivers must have a reliable and registered vehicle that will be used for this contract (No vans or trucks required)Must be willing and able to drive in inclement weather (i.e. snow, ice, rain, wind)Must be fluent in EnglishMedical Courier Pay & Perks: Spill Kits and Dosing Meters provided free of charge for driversHome Daily (no overnight)DOT & Function-Specific Hazmat Training provided free of chargeToll reimbursementsPay: $0.97 per mile$6 per stop$35 route minimumFuel reimbursement (4.34%)Job Types: Full-time, ContractSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityYear round workCOVID-19 considerations:Drivers must be willing to adhere to COVID-19 Protocols and Hospital/Health System Requirements:-Personal protective equipment (face covering) required-Temperature screenings at delivery locationsApplication Question(s):Are you able to consistently lift 100lbs?Are you interested in contracting work at least 5 days per week?Do you have a reliable and registered vehicle that will be used for this contract?License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
