Job Description : Oilfield Service Technician – West TexasSilver Energy is seeking an Oilfield Service Technician to work in the Permian. The ideal candidate will have some oil and gas production experience, strong decision making and problem-solving skills along with a strong work ethic.Responsibilities: Provide superior customer serviceInstallation and commissioning of hydraulic pump jacksInspection and maintenance of gas powered enginesProvide product training as requiredCoordinate installations, including scheduling and delivering of equipment, unloading and loading out equipmentProvide timely paperwork and accurate documentation of servicesRecord all parts and labor sold for billing purposesOther duties as assignedQualifications and Education Requirements3 years’ experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitudeStrong client relationship skillsAble to work independently and as part of a team, capable of performing in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentProficient computer skills especially in Microsoft Office products such as Word and ExcelAbility to travel 25% of the time and work scheduled weekends on callAble to deal with confidential information with a high degree of diplomacy and good judgmentSilver Energy Services offers a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision and life insurance as well as PTO.
