Job Description : Purpose of Position: Looking for a friendly new addition to our team to help a growing small business! This person would be assisting with customer service, retail sales, packing orders, inventory and other duties as assigned. We have a small team so good communication skills and a sense of humor are a must!HoursPart time Memorial Day through Labor Day. There may be an opportunity to be invited to be full-time and/or to continue working after Labor day.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Retail Sales Associate will provide assistance and coordination for the following:Customer Service – Work with customers over the phone, and on the sales floorProcess exchanges and returnsTake inventory countsAssist with EventsPack OrdersTag ProductPerform other duties as assignedJob RequirementsMust be able to work Saturdays 12-5Physically able to lift 50 poundsPossess excellent customer service skillsOrganized and detail orientedExcellent communication skillsAnchorage-based*Fly fishing & outdoor enthusiast a plus!Job Type: Part-timePay: $10.00 – $15.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountSchedule:Day shiftWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Anchorage, AK 99503: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
