The Patient Facilitator will ensure exam rooms are stocked and cleaned. The Patient Facilitator will retrieve the patients from the waiting room and escort them to the triage or exam room. This person always maintains professionalism communication with the patient and delivers care in a culturally competent manner and in the patient’s native language.The Patient Facilitator aides the Primary Care team with patient flow through a variety of tasks. Such compliance will be considered as part of a regular performance appraisal. Failure to comply with the Center’s standards, including the failure to report any conduct or event that potentially violates legal or compliance requirements, will be met by the enforcement of disciplinary action, up to and including possible termination.Essential Functions: Prepares exam rooms for patient treatment as per GPWCHC protocols.
