Position : PeopleSoft HCM – Techno-functi
Job Description : Candidate would be working in the Application support team supporting the Peoplesoft HCM modules. Peoplesoft 9.2 and People Tools 8.58 versions.
Responsibilities:
Investigate, diagnose, resolve the customer queries as per the agreed timelines.
Trouble shooting various Application engine process failures, Integration Broker failures, error in people code and providing permanent resolution for the same.
Provide necessary documentation in addressing the CRs and customer reported issues.
Ability to meet the timelines on the Change Requests.
Support the users on UAT and Post Go Live.
