While running several companies, it can be easy for things to slip through the cracks! Appointments, meetings, birthdays, thank you notes, follow-up calls – the list can be never ending and they need someone to be their living, breathing memory bank. Help and assist with structure other businesses or able to research that industry for more details. Can create documents and comfortable filling out paperwork.The right candidate is able to take control as needed. Has outstanding people skills and know how to communicate with and manage a variety of different personalities with ease.Are you Efficient, Detailed-Oriented, and enjoy multi-tasking and keeping busy? Are able to accomplish things quickly without sacrificing quality? You are able to take on a task with little direction and run with it! You know when to work on your own and when to ask for direction? And able to take corrective criticism and be corrected for growth.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: You must be extremely computer literate. We use technology constantly and are always looking for new tools to make us more efficient. You must be efficient with computer programs.Must be looking for growth and wanting to step into a Chief of Staff roleMust have a High School DiplomaThe ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. This position is subject to a Background and MVR check.SAMPLE OF JOB DUTIES: Due to the nature of the position, it is likely that your tasks will change daily! Examples of duties include but are not limited to:Managing an active calendar of meetings, events, travel logistics, and appointments. Act as a primary point of contact, dealing with all incoming correspondence and phone calls. Coordinate and plan all event details including securing a conference room, and catering needs. Book and arrange travel, transportation, and accommodations. Compile and prepare reports, presentations, purchase event tickets, organize and execute on to-dos’s. Manage the CEO’s email inbox to ensure prompt attention, responsiveness, and follow-through. Act as a liaison between executive and colleagues to address questions and needs. Personal shopping, executing special requests, errands. Manage charitable requests at times. Assist with event planning for personal and household dinners, social gatherings, philanthropy. Handling personal properties and vehicles. You will be responsible for managing, handling, and executing any tasks assigned to assist with personal affairs.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayOn callWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Phoenix, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)Microsoft Powerpoint: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
