Job Description : Front Desk Receptionist for a Plastic Surgery Practice.We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, motivated, and reliable person to join our team.Plastic surgery experience preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate.EducationHigh School graduate or equivalent.Required Skills – Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.- Strong customer service skills- Exceptional computer skills including knowledge of Excel, Word, and Publisher (Experience with Medisoft is a plus)- Assist with social media engaging, creating, editing and posting. Stay up to date with changes in all social media platforms.- Strong work ethic and dependable.- Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed.- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality- Ability to prioritize and multi-task under pressure.- Takes initiative and works cooperatively with others.- Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team.- Enjoys patient interaction, genuinely cares for the well-being of our patients.- Detail oriented, well-organized, coachable, and positive attitude- Does whatever it takes to get the job done, and done right- Must be punctual- Bilingual is preferable.-Job Duties – Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, patient check-in, registration, scheduling and confirming appointments, filling charts, collecting fee’s for service/co-payments, and verifies referrals, insurance data, patient’s address & other pertinent information when needed. Assist in data entry.- Facilitate patient flow by notifying the provider of patients’ arrival, being aware of delays and communicating with patients and clinical staff to ensure the daily schedule runs efficiently and on time.- Assist doctor when needed in regard to patient care- Ensure the office is properly stocked with brochures and office supplies.- Keeps exam rooms stocked and clean, prepares treatment room for patient examination.- Maintains patient waiting areas, bathrooms, and front-desk areas clean and organized at all times.- Collects specimens and distributes to laboratory for results.- Assists with the preparation of the exam rooms for surgical procedures.- Cleans and/or disinfects instruments and equipment after use and returns it to the proper area for storage or processing.- Keeps inventory of all skin care and injectables fillers.
