Our company refers to our Front Office Team as Client Experience Coordinators.JOB SUMMARY: Client Experience Coordinator serves as the first impression of the practice. Responsible for patient check in and out, answering of calls, and scheduling of patient appointments. Demonstrate patience and empathy towards patient needs. The primary role of the Client Experience Coordinator is to ensure a high quality, consistent and extraordinary experience for our patients.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer serviceCustomer service experience in a hospitality or medical setting is requiredPrior knowledge of EMR systems preferredESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 1. Superior interpersonal and communication skills2. Professional phone etiquette3. Demonstrated patience and empathy when handling patient concerns4. Strong problem-solving skills5. Well-organized and strong attention to detail6. Positive attitude, adapts to change, and highly motivated7. Maintains a professional appearance8. Strong computer skills and ability to work on an EMR system9. Adheres to implemented processes and policiesRESPONSIBILITIES: · Welcome new and existing patients, and ensure all patients receive a category of one experience· Offer patients refreshment and a tour of the facility· Obtain and accurately record patient demographics and information· Check patients in and out for their appointments, collect payment if necessary· Answer all incoming phone calls within two rings and a smile· Triage calls to appropriate personnel· Proactively review provider schedules for seamless appointment scheduling· Assemble new patient paperwork and consents· Conduct confirmation calls for patient appointments· Scan all necessary paperwork into patient’s charts· Perform occasional patient education on MDSkin services and skincare· Comply with HIPAA and the vision of Company practicesCOMPENSATION: Hourly Pay-DOE.Benefits providedJob Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Scottsdale, AZ 85260: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Customer Service: 3 years (Required)Work Location: One location
