Job Description : Loudoun Medical Group (LMG), one of the largest and most diverse physician-owned, multi-specialty group practices in Virginia, has an exciting employment opportunity for an experienced Population Health Analyst to join our team.Population Health Analyst Role: Supports the population health initiatives for the company through implementation and evaluationCollaborates with key stakeholders to analyze payor dataSupports process improvement initiatives by developing workflows and documentation plans for practices in eclinicalWorksSchedules and organizes meetings, develops agendas and proactively reports progress and deliverables to team and managerCompletes quantitative and qualitative analyses to support the objectives of assigned projects with assistanceDevelops project related deliverables with minimal to moderate supervisionSupport helpdesk tickets and phone callsProvide customer service to support patient portal helpdeskWhat skills are required:Bachelor’s degree but not required1-2 years of relevant experience serving vulnerable populations or in a managed healthcare quality environmentExperience in quality improvement activities a plusFamiliarity with program planning, implementation, and evaluation, preferably in a healthcare settingStrong Microsoft applications skills including Word, Advanced Excel, and PowerPointBasic data management and analysis capabilitiesStrong organizational, prioritization skills; attention to detailExcellent communicator, including written, verbal, and presentation skillsAbility to take personal initiative and work independently, as well as part of a teamAbility to meet deadlines in a complex and fast-paced environmentMust be a quick learner and able to anticipate situations and management’s needsExcellent interpersonal skills, ability develop effective relationships with a broad array of people (different levels of management and clinical expertise)Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changeLoudoun Medical Group provides competitive compensation and benefits.
