As we build a leading digital consumer bank and expand into new products and partnerships, we are looking for leaders and individual contributors to join our team.YOUR IMPACTAs part of the Delivery Partnership and Execution team, you will be responsible for helping re-invent how financial services are distributed and consumed. You will join a team of creative and driven operation managers to help build universally accessible and industry leading customer and agent solutions that are simple and transparent for the consumer businesses. You will be independently leading multiple process improvement and new feature projects partnering with multiple stakeholders across product, operations, Risk and Compliance functional teams along with external partners and vendors.We have a fast paced result driven culture and we are looking for individuals who are proactive and can work with a sense of urgency. The candidate should have a sense of ownership and should be able to drive results independently while working on multiple concurrent projects.Job summary and responsibilitiesPartner with internal and external stakeholders to develop execution strategies to successfully launch new product features, benefits and promotionsDesign processes that are simple and consistent for agents, are efficient for the business, and meet all regulatory and compliance requirementsIdentify opportunities, create business cases, and coordinate efforts to improve agent processes, resources, and technologyWork closely with a variety of stakeholders in developing agent resources, understanding impact of new requirements, influencing and consuming technology changes, and ensuring agent change readinessResearch and remain current on the latest industry customer service trends and recommend tools, services, and practices for improvementContinually reprioritize and adjust scope based on the evolving needs of the stakeholdersEscalate and resolve tactical issues quickly to limit business impactBasic qualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in customer facing teamsProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other software to deliver high quality materialsAbility to collaborate in a team environment, communicate effectively & influence othersProactive, flexible and ability to multi-taskAbility to learn quickly and adapt to projects and deadlinesStrong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem solving skillsPreferred qualificationsBachelor’s degree (U.S. or equivalent)4+ years of experience in customer facing teamsExperience in a start-up environmentExperience developing agent and customer facing materialsABOUT GOLDMAN SACHSAt Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
